Letter To My Loves

My Loves, 
The year is close to the end and I couldn't be any happier with you two so far. You two are healthy and growing great. Not only are you guys communicating well with each other but, you are there for each other that right there is golden. You both are into so much right now cars,plants,books,paint,and building just to name a few. Although, you both been quite grouchy you guys are still adorable. As this year rolls on by I hope to see more growth in both of you , I hope you guys take upon many opportunities as you learn in this school year. What I want most is to see you two value our earth do your part even though you see others not appreciating what God has blessed us with don't follow them just help them.Remember everyone needs guidance and no one is perfect. I love you.

Just A Little Ole Bear ..

Vegan eating

Vegan meals here are getting a lot more better. I'm enjoying cooking in the kitchen even more than I did before it's just awesome.When I first starting thinking about going vegan months ago my main concern was I could make meals interesting or they would be as tasty, I also was following off people saying we needed meat and dairy in our eating in order to continue being healthy in life. After beginning my research on food and vegan-ism I knew it was right for me and how important it was to teach my children about it all. Only a few weeks in and I'm totally in love with the meals they are so delicious I don't miss the meat at all. I can only imagine how big of a difference I'll be eating by next year.

So. as some may know our eating style has changed for the better in the I was strictly serving organic meals. For about 4 months I've been sliding in more and more vegan meals/snacks I have personally taken the step to go eat completely this way.Now, yes some meals I may slide in honey or so but pretty much I'm cutting it all out so there will be post on this lifestyle.I'm pretty excited for as I've been testing out quite a few products that I'm very pleased about. Look out for reviews and all so this is out to happy eating :)

Oh Yeah!!

Homeschooling Highlight- Our learning session started pretty early today at 6 am and that's fine they learn all through out the day there never is a stop time for us. We started off with me asking them what they would like to learn. Juju's response a better way to help sick people natural and organic and more about eating veggies and fruits.Ellie's response God and more eating healthy and how to help peoples(I love how she says peoples smile emoticon nothing that needs changed now). So they have been listening to me read and watching videos of all this since early this morning. Just now Ellie say what I have learned so far is that God is my road to life and he loves me if I listen I wont do bad that the devil and if my throat hurt use some maples or honey if my legs hurt grab some apples or pineapple.Homeschooling is beautiful my loves are learning so much they are going to flourish as adult I'll make sure of that. Support of local groups and the many homeschooling families we are in touch with makes it so much easier and ensures me on this journey my babies are proud Homeschoolers.We are blessed in so Homeschooling:Nutrition - We are making homemade tortilla chips,Hummus,and Vegan cheese.
Science: Planting their lemon seeds and learning about Space along with that we'll be making space ships and cool alien stories
Math & Reading- Ellie: Easy peasy/ Moby Max/ABC Mouse
Juju: Moby Max/Easy Peasy
Through out the day they will do yoga /meditation/cultural dance many ways.

Earth Day & Rocks

Today we was pretty excited about Earth Day as always we did so much in one day. Some of the activities that we did was planted some seeds and we rock haunting. Ellie has taken a huge interest into rocks a while ago ,she has a little collection that shes adores and thinks is pretty cool.Juju hasn't quite decided what he wants to collect.The rocks she picked out today was very cool Im sure she cant wait until we go pick out some more.

Mommy Letters

My Loves,
You live and you learn its never to late to just enjoy life .Relax. Know that times will be hard and you both will come to a lot of trial and errors  but, with faith you two will soar. Know my love can always heal as so yours can too.Love is a complete understatement  when it comes to you two. Everyday know I'm proud no matter what .Open up and release your wings God has you and that's all you two have to know. Jourdan continue to be your sister protector and Elegance never stop being your brothers determination. You two have a journey ahead of you that you both can follow well with the help of each other. Never loose sight of family,love,determination,patience,and respect those alone will get you far.

This week we'll be creating mini books my loves adore books so I'm sure they will enjoy these ones. The best part is these are great activities they learn so much with these little books and the fact you cant color them however is just a bonus I plan to laminate each one for later use and memories.

Ellie is so excited about the warm weather coming she has a list of things she cant wait to do outside ...

Not Such a "Baby" anymore

 As the months pass I realize my babies aren't babies anymore they are growing handfuls of joy.They get taller and smarter each passing day.Juju is so full of life its amazing I love him more than he'll ever know. Each month I reflect on how much he is changing every moment and how proud I am of him he's learning so well in life . Ellie is just a burst of love and excitement there's not a dull day with her. Shes developing in such a super way and shes bypassing all these random sick times with nothing but a smile.Shes becoming such a girly girl .At night after they are all tucked in bed sound asleep I just look at them and just thank God for such awesome blessings.My babies aren't such babies anymore and that's OK.
